En los últimos días en 123pormi, hemos hablado de los días internacionales y como la ONU quiere movilizar al planeta por medio de ellos. Podríamos decir que la cantidad de información y noticias que nos han mostrado durante estos días han sido devastadoras, hemos abierto nuestra cotidianidad a una nueva realidad donde somos conscientes de que ocurre a nuestro alrededor. Nos parece pertinente por hoy ser el día internacional del yoga, relajarnos, encontrarnos y dejar ir todas las malas emociones que se han acumulado durante las últimas semanas. Hoy les contaremos los beneficios del yoga y como este puede hacer nuestras vidas mas fáciles y felices.

Hoy antes de contarles que día internacional se celebra, les vamos a explicar porqué la ONU separa estos días y los presenta al mundo año tras año. Los días internacionales nacen cuando la ONU reconoce un problema masivo, de esta manera la ONU lo hace público para educarnos en las situaciones que deben generar mayor preocupación en todos los países, como siempre hemos dicho en 123pormi, solemos estar tan ensimismados en nosotros que no levantamos la cabeza para ver por lo que están pasando los demás. Así no estén involucrados directamente otros países, esta es una manera de movilizar estados y recursos para solucionar problemas mundiales. Así como se quiere dar a conocer situaciones que afectan al mundo, también se quiere celebrar logros que hemos alcanzado como comunidad o como la ONU llama “logros de la humanidad”. La existencia de los días internacionales se data a la creación de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, estos días se volvieron una herramienta para darle poder a las comunidades que necesitan ayuda, para darle esperanza a las personas que pasan por situaciones de guerra, hasta para darle crédito a las personas que movilizan el mundo de una manera positiva. Es por esta razón que los días internacionales se han vuelto en este boletín de ánimo para hacer del planeta tierra un mundo mejor y mas sano.
