According to the SAR, Solidarity defines “ethical or, where appropriate, legal commitment to meet the situations of need”, to the majority of the world’s population solidarity has been explained to us as the fact of supporting or helping someone outside of us in situations of need.So we are familiar with its definition would you say that you do at least a solidarity action a day? The week of May 27-31 is the week of the solidarity according to the UN where they try to encourage the world population to do solidarity actions.
We could say that our life is a bubble, where day by day we have the same routine, to break this routine we need some kind of motivation we are usually working, studying and organizing our life that little time left to rest and to invest in ourselves, for that reason we don’t usually think we can do for others, but this week the idea is to inspire us as individuals to do a good deed that will not only favor us. An action thatis born from our hearts.
Also this week is lent so that we can appreciate the small details that life gives us, the acts of solidarity that people have towards us we are so focused on our duties, problems or our affairs in general that we do not look when someone holds us. The door to enter or tell us “Happy day” “please” or “Thank you”.Appreciating what others do for us can help us to value whata small action can do for a person’s happiness.
