Everyone counted, each one wanted to take advantage of the other, they verbally attacked each other, pushed each other, and stinged each other, between discussion and discussion it became impossible to divide the harvest, they were the wasps, hornets, drones, there was another troop of hard workers who did not sleep day or night and organized like no other, they only waited for results in silence, they said nothing, they only wanted what was fair and the ants were our most industrious friends. They did not listen to each other and each group asked for more, they justified that they had to plan, organize, think more than the other, they pointed at each other and said that their work was the most difficult and important and the others’ work was the easiest.
At the end of an arduous and tiring day the wasps, hornets and drones had reached a final decision, they had distributed the harvest thirty percent to wasps, hornets and drones and ten percent to our industrious friends the ants, they received their harvest in silence and they left; They knew that with that they would not be able to survive, so when they arrived at their anthills they shared the work and since they never worked to have their harvest ready, this helped them realize that they could also plan, organize, think and work. The following year, when they called a meeting to agree on how they were going to work together and harvest their crops, the wasps, hornets and drones arrived and the ants sent a letter thanking them for the invitation, explaining that they were definitively withdrawing from the meeting, they reported that they had found a faster, more agile way to achieve the harvest, and best of all, even less conflictive and fair to deliver it. Everyone remained silent and sad, they had realized that the industriousness of the ants was important to them, in fact that year they found themselves in trouble because they began to plan, organize, think, but there was no one to work on the collection. They drew many conclusions and among them is not to take advantage of others in their work, to value the time and effort of others, that when you are fair you receive what is fair and from that day on these three groups have become outlaws They must go in search of prey to get their food.
