OBJECTIVES
- Allow participants to interact and socialize
- Generate fun spaces
- Stimulate attention
- Visual-motor perception stimulation
METHODOLOGY:
The group must be made in a line, the arms of the right must be caught hooked the arm of the right and the arm of the person on his left and so on all as if forming a great chain, if they do not fit in the space in the row they can make another row of people in the back or in front leaving a prudent distance between each other, they must sing a song by William Tell that goes like this:
“Wuillermo Tell, to pata pelaa, a great lord, to pata pelaa, he gave the Cossacks their freedom, to pata pelaa and the Cossacks to pata pelaa, grateful, to pata pelaa they gave a jar of jam, to pata pelaa, one step, forward, forward, forward, one step back, back, back, one step sideways, sideways, sideways, one step across, across, across, William Tell ” and then it comes back and repeats itself.
It is important that this dynamic is sung, they are always hooked by the arms and that when they sing in each paragraph, they move forward, but the person must cross their right leg over the left leg of their partner on the right and do the same with their partner on the left pass their left leg over the right leg of their partner, they must do it slowly so they do not fall and get entangled.
When the song says a step forward they do it going forward, when I say a step backwards everyone should go backwards, when they say a side step they must first go to the right, then to the left and then to the left. right and when they say a step forward, everyone must go back.
This is an interesting job to do as a team, coordination, motor skills, work tolerance to frustration.
